Austrian Pine Hard-Nosed Boxes
These Austrian Pine Boxes are made from a tree our family planted as part of a wildlife conservation program in the 1980's. Unfortunately, all of the trees had a genetic defect and are dying. Fortunately, we have processed some amazing wood from the the first tree we harvested.

These boxes feature maple corners for strength and character. The unique corners are our own design. The recessed panel lid and bottom allow seasonal expansion. As you can see, Box #106 is exceptional. The red and blue staining are from a natural fungus that had been present in the tree.

Album Cubes
Album Storage End Tables
This maple album cub is the perfect height for an end table. It is designed to display an album cover on each side with others albums lined up between them. As you can see in the slide show above, it features wooden nut and bolt construction. It has high quality casters underneath for effortless mobility. (Someone suggested it would also make a great yarn caddy for all you needleworkers out there.)
